Pre-School Gymnastics
USA Gymnastics (USAG), a national organization, strongly promotes the many benefits of being involved in a gymnastics program at an early age, including, but not limited, to:
- Fitness - Experiencing fun associated with fitness activities early in life can create life-long positive fitness habits.
- Mental Focus - Learning how to concentrate on a task and achieving goals.
- Balance - Walking on beams can transfer later to riding a bike.
- Social Skills - Taking turns, working with partners, sharing, making friends, and acknowledging the accomplishments of others.
- Strength - Climbing on bars and ropes develops muscle strength.
- Flexibility - Improved range of motion through stretching and holding body positions.
- Coordination - Hand-eye coordination improves writing ability while eye-tracking improves reading readiness.
- Burn Calories - Will help jump start a life of fitness and health.
- The Sport of ALL Sports - Gymnastics prepares kids for all other sports.
Bunny Tots
As a great outing for parents & caretakers to network and share stories to encourage and inspire one another, the class is geared towards 18 months to 3 years, but is also workable for walking and active 12 months+. Parents will assist their child(ren) as they engage in the activities, and navigate the circuits together. Rhythmic warm-ups are followed by fun circuits that incorporate tumbling, low bars, trampoline, low beam, hand-eye activities, more! Students and parents may enroll throughout the year, though there are specific session dates.

Bouncin' Bunnies
For ages 3-4 years, little gymnasts will experience fun and learning as they gain proficiency on the tumbling shapes, low beams, trampoline, spring boards, and low bars. Safety is emphasized and confidence is encouraged.
Rompin' Rabbits
For ages 5-6 years, young gymnasts will learn and refine entry level skills following the same fun progressions and circuits in the Bouncin' Bunnies program, further developing and strengthening additional skills.
